Feeling the post-op blues? Recovering from surgery can be hard, especially late nights! Maybe you need a soothing voice in your head to push through and ease your mind from emotional frustration. Positive thinking and encouragement are important, especially if you are independent in recovery. I would hate for anyone to go through healing alone.

THINGS CAN GET DIRTY!
Don't be too hard on yourself if you have days where you don't feel like brushing your teeth, showering or find yourself overly critical when you feel you haven't done enough. Self-care and hygiene after surgery are always effing confusing & tedious! Need to know how to sit on a toilet without applying pressure? Need to know how to properly clean your faja crotch? Need to know how to deal with a period post-surgery? Embarrassed to ask your doctor why you have vaginal swelling or soreness under your buttocks?
